| Can you perform the MC duties on the night? | Yes! We prefer to take on this roll for you. This service is included at no additional charge. |
| Can we hire you for longer than the package time? | Yes! You simply pay the hourly overtime rate applicable to your chosen package. Click <Price> above. |
| Do you bring any lighting effects? | Yes! We include a variety of tripod mounted digital lighting, and a strobelight with every show at no additional charge. |
| Can you help us with the format of speeches for our Wedding? | Yes! You can start with the official speech order, available in our downloads area and then modify to suit your needs. Click <Downloads> above. |
| Do you have a brochure? | Yes! You are viewing it now! Paperwork gets outdated very quickly. This way you know you are getting the most up to date information all the time. |
| Are the web photos included free of charge with my wedding? | Yes! They are part of your package. All photos are taken with a 8/10 Megapixel camera. Click <Photos> above. |
| We love some of the photos you have taken... can we get them developed? | Yes! You can order the CD with the full size 8/10 Megapixel / 4Mb shots with no watermark. These can be printed at most photomats. You can also view the CD on any compatible DVD player displaying the "Kodak Photo CD" Logo. The images on the web are watermarked and only 50k in size, therefore not suitable for developing. Click <Pay Online> to order the CD. |
| Can we just get 1 or 2 photos from you instead of the whole CD? | We only offer the whole CD with all the successful photos taken on the evening. |
| How long do you keep the photos on the web? | At this stage we are keeping them online for a minimum of 6 months, however we 3 years of photos taken. This means the CD will still be available for purchase once they have been removed from the web. |
| When do we come to see you for our pre-wedding interview? | Normally 1 month before the Wedding date. |
| Do we have to book the interview date? | If we do not hear from you within 4 weeks of your Wedding date we will call you and organise a date and time. |
| When do you conduct interviews? | We try to leave Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings available. We generally avoid booking interviews on Fridays and weekends as we are working. |
| Where do you conduct interviews? | We conduct interviews at our home office in Woodlands or Merriwa. Click <Contacts> above for our address. Some interviews are also done onsite. |
| Who conducts interviews? | The DJ that is assigned to your Wedding will be the one to meet with you. |
| It seems by the photo gallery that you only do Weddings, why? | Wedding preparation is commonly done 12 months to 2 years prior to the event. Many customers book us within this timeframe, filling the peak period weekend diary dates quickly. Party bookings generally are booked much closer to the event date, on which we are often already committed. |

What sort of equipment do you have? |
We have never cut corners when it comes to the quality of stage gear. We use only professional PA gear ie. Bose & EV speakers, Amcron amps, Shure microphones (cordless & corded), Denon DJ cd players, Toshiba laptops and Sony digital cameras. |

How much is the deposit? |
No deposit is required. We do however require a signed copy of the contract to be returned within 14 days to secure your booking. |
| When do we pay the balance? | The balance can be payed at the wedding interview, on the night to the DJ or online. Click <Pay Online> above for more details. |

| Your Wedding package is for a 6 hour show, is there a discount for 5 hours? | The package is not discounted for less hours. |

Do your packages include extra time for setup and packup is this an extra charge? |
Our packages are all inclusive. Setup and packup is in our own time and not charged extra. A six hour package means you have our full services for 6 hours. |
| How long does it take you to set up? | It normally takes about 2 hours, however this can change depending on the venue. |
| Do we supply the DJ a meal? | A staff meal and drinks needs to be provided, for the DJ, at venues where food is offered. A place setting at a table is not required. We are at the venue 2 hours before commencement of your show to set up and 1 hour after to pack up. This is usually a total of 9 hours. We would prefer to not leave the function to get a meal. |
